He holds a Master’s Degree in Project Planning & Management and has a Post graduate Diploma in Project Planning & Management, Post graduate Certificate – Monitoring and Evaluation (Monitoring & Evaluation Fellow), a Bachelor of Community Psychology, a Dip in Education, Certificate in Result based Monitoring & Evaluation, Certificate in Computer Skills. I am a creative and dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow with competence in Monitoring & Evaluation, Program/Project implementation, Information sharing/Report Writing, Data Analysis, Support supervision, Teaching/mentoring, team building among others. I am a dependable professional, with possession of good interpersonal communication and analytical planning skills, demonstrable capability to appropriately handle defined tasks with minimum supervision.
I have had exposure on participating in planning, Monitoring & Evaluation for both Governmental and Non-Governmental organizations, and working with several development partners. I have undertaken challenging tasks for over 10 years including programmatic and administrative roles such as Monitoring and Evaluation officer – NAFOPHANU (National Forum for People Living with HIV/AIDS Networks in Uganda, Monitoring and Evaluation officer – FRI (Family Rescue Initiative Uganda), Monitoring and Evaluation officer – Directorate of HIV/AIDS – UPDF, Project Manager – DREAMS Project implemented by FRI in Army schools of Mubende and Gulu districts; among others.
